What We Will Help You With
Foxtail Events will work with you from conception to delivery and debrief your community event. Our lead event planner Sharon will work closely with you to create a plan of action for your event, from producing concept ideas, creating project plans, booking vendors, coordinating logistics and helping market the event. Through extensive planning and preparation, we truly make a hard task easy for you.
Previous Event: Wellington Harbour Cleanup 2018
Our lead event planner Sharon Powick managed the Wellington Harbour Clean Up event for several years, which attracted 35 scuba and freedivers plus hundereds of members of the public. The event was run in conjunction with Wellington City Council to help clean up the harbour of road cones, tyres, shopping trolleys, plastic and general rubbish to help protect marine life.
In its 5th year running Sharon said the volunteers would easily fill multiple skip bins with rubbish, noting that over time the amount pulled from the waters had decreased each year.
